Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates will receive confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received on or before October 14, 2024. No refunds will be granted after October 14, 2024.

Travel
Getting to Bangkok
When traveling to Bangkok there are several methods of transportation to get you into the city, Most international flights arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), but there are also flight options for Don Mueang Airport (DMK). From either airport there are several options for transportation into the city. From BKK you can take a taxi, private transfer, bus or the airport rail link to get to your destination. From DMK you can also take a taxi, private transfer, bus or the train into the city. There are also options to take a bus or train from outside of Bangkok to get you into the city, depending on where you are coming from.
Getting around Bangkok
Once you are in Bangkok, you have serval options for getting to your destinations. The best method of travel will be determined by where you are staying and where you are going. Bangkok offers a metro, buses, boats, taxis, tuk-tuks, bikes and rides through grab.
Currency
The official currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB). Check your country’s currency conversion.
Electricity
Thailand operates on a 220V supply voltage and 50Hz.
The electrical sockets in Thailand use type A, B, C, F and O. Electrical sockets in Thailand are compatible with flat parallel prongs and two round pins. Two pin sockets are most common, but some locations have three pin outlets.
Time Zone
Bangkok observes Indochina Time all year. There are no Daylight Saving Time clock changes.

Weather
In November, Bangkok is in the cool and dry season, as the temperatures drop, rainy season has ended and humidity levels decrease. The average high temperature is 32C and the low is 24C.
