Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax their cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to meetings@srs.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before May 7, 2024. No refunds will be granted after May 7, 2024.

Individual Cancellation and No-show Fees
If a Guest cancels any part of the Guest’s Reservation more than 30 calendar days (incl.) prior to the Arrival Date, the Guest shall pay the Hotel the Guest’s Costs for the first night of the stay. If the Guest’s Reservation is cancelled later or in case of no-show, the Guest shall pay the Hotel the Guest’s Costs for the full stay.

Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Describe the biomechanical principles of spinal deformities.
- Classify and identify indications for scoliotic patients of varying ages including neuromuscular and kyphotic cases.
- Formulate a pre-operative plan and analyze its results post operatively for spinal deformity cases.
- Recognize and associate appropriate treatment options for varying spine deformity patients.
- Analyze factors that lead to complications and apply complication prevention strategies for differing procedures and approaches for spine deformity treatment.

By Plane
The Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is the primary international airport.
Airport to Venue
The airport offers multiple options for transfers. The most used transfers are taxis and ride shares (Uber). We encourage you to select the option that best suits your preference.
The Corinthia Prague is approximately 20.8 km (12.9 miles) from the airport.
Currency
The official currency of the Czech Republic is the Czech Koruna (CZK). Check your country’s currency conversion.
Electricity
Prague operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. The power plugs and sockets are of type C (2 pins) and type E (2 pins and hole for the socket’s male earthing pin). Type E socket also works with plug C.

The Current Concepts in Spine Deformity Course will be in English. The official Language of Czechia is Czech; however, English is spoken, particularly in Prague.
The Current Concepts in Spine Deformity- A SRS Course, Prague, Czech Republic 07/06/2024 - 09/06/2024, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13.0 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications .
