Group Rate
$219 CAD single/double occupancy

 

 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Centre Toronto for IMAST delegates at a group rate of $219 CAD single/double occupancy. These rates are subject to local/provincial taxes in effect at the time of the meeting and are available three (3) days before and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability.

Please note than an early departure fee of $50 CAD plus taxes will be applied if a guest chooses to check out prior the scheduled departure date. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in your scheduled length of stay.

Reservations may be made before the cut-off date of June 15, 2010 by calling the Sheraton's Central Reservation Office at 1-888-627-7175 or online using the link above. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the IMAST meeting to receive the group rate.

 

Attention Exhibitors!
Reservations for exhibit personnel must be made in a separate exhibitor block. Instructions will be sent with booth assignments in February 2010. Please do not make reservations for your booth personnel online.
