Preliminary Program

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the Annual Meeting, participants should be able to:

Increase level of knowledge about the mid- and long-term outcomes of patients who have undergone surgery for scoliosis across three life stages (EOS, AIS, ASD).
Review current concepts and analysis of sagittal plane pathology, preoperative patients’ optimization, and how to prolong surgeons’ longevity.
Recognize new technology that helps in the treatment of spinal deformity.
Focus on patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) in spinal deformity care to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of life post-surgery, and discuss strategies for integrating PROMs into clinical practice.
Share insights and experiences from various global regions on the challenges and solutions in scoliosis treatment, with a focus on overcoming barriers to care in underrepresented populations.
